Martin Campbell

RETIRED

Martin was with BPC since the beginning in 2010. Martin has now retired but he was a proactive Project Manager who was experienced in a variety of construction teams and projects. He was successful in creating effective communication between personnel, general contractors and management teams. Martin developed and implemented the “trenchless pipeline system” that is now in effect and is proving to be a very successful portion of BPC’s product line. Martin had been in the facility/pipeline business since 1980, starting as a laborer and quickly progressing into a foreman. Martin then started his own Boring Company in 1993 called MC Campbell Directional Boring Ltd which was a huge success before helping BPC start up. Congratulations on your retirement Martin!

Kevin Dodsworth

HDD Foreman

Kevin is local product,  born and raised on a acreage just outside the City of Lloydminster.  He started with BPC just a few short months after opening our doors, as a laborer in 2011.

It didn’t take him long to learn the ropes and step up to a foreman and start mentoring the new hires.   Kevin took on a new supervisory role in 2021, so you will see him less in the field, but he is behind the scenes organizing crews and scheduling.

What you might not know about this guy, is he is also a journeyman plumber too! His mechanical aptitude is an asset around BPC every day.  When he isn’t at work, you will find him hunting, at the hockey rink… just about every where making memories with his two little ones.
